Scope of Coaching

ADHD coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process designed to help you better understand yourself, develop practical strategies, build sustainable habits, and move toward your personal goals.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychological counselling, medical treatment, or a substitute for mental health care.

I do not diagnose ADHD or other medical or psychological conditions, prescribe medication, or provide crisis intervention.

If I believe that your needs would be better supported by another professional, I may recommend seeking appropriate medical or mental health care.

Ethical Commitment

My coaching practice is grounded in respect, compassion, curiosity, and evidence-informed approaches.

I am committed to:

  • creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment,
  • respecting your autonomy and personal choices,
  • maintaining professional boundaries,
  • protecting your privacy and confidentiality,
  • working within the limits of my professional competence,
  • engaging in ongoing professional development and supervision where appropriate.

I also ask my clients to:

  • communicate openly and honestly,
  • attend sessions prepared to engage in the coaching process,
  • respect agreed appointment times,
  • understand that meaningful change requires active participation between sessions.

Respect & Inclusion

Everyone is welcome regardless of age, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or neurotype.

My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and accepted exactly as you are.
