ADHD COACHING & PSYCHOLOGY
I help you understand how your mind works – and build what supports you.
A psychology-informed ADHD coaching to help you reduce overwhelm, build self-knowledge, and create lasting change.

WHO IS IT FOR
What if you could stop adapting for a moment — just long enough to hear your own voice?
You know what it’s like to hyperfocus for hours — and then not be able to start a single task for three days.
To be deeply engaged, yet completely exhausted. To feel like you’re always either too much or not enough.
You’ve spent years adapting, masking, and questioning why things that seem easy for others feel so hard for you.
MY METHOD
I believe you already have what you need within you. My role is not to change who you are — but to help you understand yourself, clear away what has been holding you back, and create the conditions for growth.
Together, we explore how your mind actually works — not how you think it should. We uncover what drives you, build on your strengths and patterns, and find ways of living that truly fit you.
My approach combines three perspectives:
A science-based understanding of the ADHD brain and the ways neurodivergence shapes your experiences, emotions, and daily life.
A focus on meaningful change. Together, we turn insight into action, build supportive habits, and create systems that work with your needs and values.
Tools to help you navigate difficult thoughts and emotions — like guilt, self-doubt, or feeling like an impostor — while moving toward what truly matters to you.
SUPPORT TAILORED TO YOU
When others see chaos, I see layers. Years of expectations, masks, and roles you’ve worn so long you forgot what’s underneath. You’re here to finally make space for your whole self.

Informative sessions
I have questions that need answers
You’ve been reading about ADHD – or maybe you already have a diagnosis that left you with more questions than answers. The information online is everywhere and it contradicts itself.
Book a one-to-one session and bring your questions. We’ll go through them together – grounded in clinical knowledge and lived experience.

1:1 COACHING
I need dedicated support
You already know what ADHD is. Now you want to understand what it means for you, specifically. How it shows up in your daily life, your relationships, your work. What’s been draining you. What’s been driving you.
This is where we build your map. Using your patterns, your strengths, your self-knowledge as fuel – to move you forward in the direction you actually want to go.

HI, I’M NATALIA
Polish roots, an Italian heart, and a Swiss address – I’ve spent over a decade working with people across cultures, and the stories they carry.
I’m a psychologist-in-training and ADHD Coach, but my deepest expertise comes from years of navigating life undiagnosed.
Getting the diagnosis was one thing. Understanding what to do with it – that’s where the real work began. I’ve gone through my own challenges, growth, and transformation – which is why I don’t just share theory, but also help you discover what actually works for you.

Committed to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and evidence-informed coaching:

“For years I thought I was simply bad at life. Working with Natalia helped me understand how my ADHD actually affects my daily life. Instead of trying harder, I learned to work with my brain. I finally feel more in control, more confident, and much kinder to myself.”
– Anna, 41, Project Manager
“I wasn’t looking for someone to ‘fix’ me. I needed someone who understood what living with ADHD actually feels like. Our sessions gave me practical strategies and helped me stop seeing myself as a failure. My relationships have improved and I finally trust myself again.”
– David, 37, CTO
“Getting my ADHD diagnosis answered many questions, but I still had no idea how to navigate everyday life. Coaching gave me the missing piece.
