About

I’ve spent the last decade helping people navigate complexity – in international schools, universities, corporate L&D, and now in coaching practice.

My work sits at the intersection of psychology, professional development, and human performance.

I support individuals in understanding what drives them, what holds them back, and how to build structures that actually work for them – in demanding, fast-paced environments.

Across roles in education, L&D, and 1:1 coaching, I’ve worked with consultants, expats, academics, and high-responsibility professionals. What stays constant: the ability to build trust quickly, read what someone needs developmentally, and translate that into actionable next steps.

Psychology-informed approach

I bring a psychology-informed approach to people development – grounded in evidence, sensitive to individual difference, and focused on sustainable growth rather than short-term fixes.

Currently completing an MSc in Psychology (focus: emotional resilience, burnout, neurodiversity) and ADHD Coach certification at ADDCA.
